The company’s Objectives are:

1. the exercise of trade – including the import, export, distribution, commission, barter, wholesale and retail trade – in all types of products, goods, materials, as well as the operation of retail establishments, supermarket chains, shopping and wholesale centers, factories and storage depots for distribution and transit trade, all in the broadest sense of the to the extent permitted by law;

2. the operation and management of free commercial and economic zones, including land, buildings, jetties, runways, infrastructure and means of transport;

3. the development and operation of industrial areas and other industrial establishments and facilities, which are owned by it, leasehold, leased, used or concessioned by it. acquired or taken into administration under any title to promote a favorable development of industry in the broadest sense of the term, to the extent permitted by law, not located on public waters or (rail) roads in Suriname;

4. the purchase and exploitation of rights in bare ownership, leasehold, land rent, use in rent and/or concession of immovable property for the purpose of free commercial and economic zone and industrial parks;

5. the performance of any other acts of a commercial or financial nature in connection with the free commercial and economic zones and industrial enterprises, including the cooperating with or participating in other companies with a related purpose;

6. the operation of companies and transport companies in order to optimize business operations;

7. acting as an agent, representative and in any other capacity on behalf of and the performance of all acts in connection with the provisions of 1 to 6 purposes of this article;

8. participating in, cooperating with, or conducting any business or business which a company with the same or similar objects is authorized to do, as well as managing and directing other undertakings;

9. the performance of all that is directly or indirectly related to the provisions of subparagraphs 1 to 7 of the objectives referred to in this Article or may be conducive to them, in the broadest sense of the to the extent permitted by law.
